Program, Pricing, and Policy

Single Session + Bundles

Program Duration:

Each session is 2 hours long, you may select the date and time most convenient to you in the booking link, so long as there are spaces available.

Single Session: $40

A single 2-hour adventure!

Three Session Bundle: $100

3 separate sessions making a 6-hour adventure!

Five Session Bundle: $140

5 separate sessions making a 10-hour adventure!

Notes:

If you do not see a date/time that works for you, feel free to reach out to staff regarding scheduling. Refunds are not available after the first session has been played through.

What's Included

Hero Building

Before starting the game, each child will have a chance to build their own character out of staff-provided LEGO figures, as well as player cards to note their hero talents, abilities, or skills.

The Adventure

During the game, children will take turns exploring the map where they will come across various obstacles, puzzles, mysteries, monsters, and treasures! Dice rolling will be key in determining whether their character is successful in their choices.

The LEGO

With the purchase of any session/bundle, your child will take home their LEGO hero and player card, as well as various items they find along their journey!

Extra Addon:

For an extra fee, a small display case is also available for your child to show off their hero!

General Policy

Drop Offs & Pick Ups

There will be a 30 minute window before and after each session where staff shall be available for parents to drop off / pick up children.

Food, Drink, & Toys

Parents are advised to pack snacks or water bottles for their children, as staff will not be providing food/beverages besides small plastic water bottles. Toys from home are discouraged unless for the purpose of comforting your child while you are away.

Code of Conduct

Parents are encouraged to go over common courtesy with their children prior to session start. Staff will also go over basic rules such as: keeping hands to oneself, using school-appropriate language, following staff instruction, and respecting others as well as oneself.

Notes:

Please notify program staff if you will be running late, if no heads-up is given and 30 minutes has passed after sessions end, staff will reach out to emergency contacts as listed in the release form.

Note: OWT is not affiliated with Hobby Quest in any business capacity, we will simply be using their tables for the club!

Note: The gather room is located inside Raley's, on the left side of the store just past the 'Mail & More' section.

Weekdays

There are no weekday meetings planned for now, but may be available upon request.

Typical Routine

First 30 Minutes

The first half hour to every session will be dedicated to new players building their Lego heroes and for returning players to plan their next moves!

Materials

Staff will be providing dice, pencils, and index cards for players to keep track of character information such as levels, experience, stats, and modifiers!

General Flow of the Game

The adventure is player-led, with players choosing which part of the game-world map to explore with their hero. From here, players will encounter all manners of problems, riddles, and clues to challenge them with the help of dice-rolls to determine outcomes.
